There’s so much we can learn about ourselves, so why not do it together?

 

When I could not afford therapy, books gave me the tools to live a peaceful, intentional life while also giving me a foundation for healthier relationships.

If you're ready to learn how to quiet the negative voices in your head, have a deeper understanding of the relationships in your life, and move forward with boldness into a life that thrives, then this book club is a place to begin that journey. Join us for our first book in LT's book club - "Boundaries" by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. Townsend
 
 
 

What will it look like?

The first night I’ll introduce the book, explain what we’ll be learning, and we’ll go through the first couple of chapters. We’ll discuss 2-3 chapters each week, and then we’ll wrap it all up with a big celebration at the end.

The Boundaries book study has reached capacity and is closed, but I’ll have more book studies in the future so stay tuned!
